While you wait
- Clear the floor. Small items, breakables and anything under furniture. We move the ordinary furniture ourselves.
- Note the problem spots. Point them out on the day. Pre treatment needs dwell time, so knowing in advance genuinely changes the result.
- Plan the dry down. Walk on dry is 1 to 2 hours after a low moisture clean, and 4 to 6 hours after hot water extraction.
- Adding anything? A rug, the lounge, the mattresses. Tell us now, because the same visit costs a fraction of a second one.
