Aussie Shine Cleaning is a soft furnishings specialist working across metro Melbourne. Carpet, rugs, lounges, mattresses and curtains. That is what we do all day, every day, and it is the reason we can tell you what a fabric will do before we put anything on it.
The team has been cleaning in this city since 2011. In that time the equipment has changed, the chemistry has changed, and the one thing that has not is that the result comes from reading the job properly at the start rather than working harder at the end.
We are not the cheapest quote you will get. We publish a minimum charge, we put the price in writing before we book, and we do not advertise a per room rate that our own minimum makes impossible to pay.
Four things we will not do
Most of what separates a good clean from a bad one is what the operator refuses to do.
We will not quote a price we cannot hold
The number you get before we book is the number on the invoice. Nothing changes on the day unless you add something to the job.
We will not promise a result we cannot deliver
Some stains do not come out. Some mattresses are past saving. We say that before you pay rather than after, even when it costs us the booking.
We will not over wet anything
Most damage we get called out to fix was caused by someone putting more water in than they took out. Moisture control is the whole trade.
We will not make a claim we cannot substantiate
We describe what our process removes. We do not tell you it kills things, and we do not use words like eco or non toxic that mean nothing without a product name.
